FAQ's
Question: I only do Gel, so with acrylic being part of the membership will it still benefit me to join?
Answer: Yes, most definately! Having the knowledge about all nail systems even if you aren’t qualified in them gives you more to advise your clients on. PLUS when it comes to you qualifying in that system, you will KNOW what to look for in an educator or a brand. It’s a fantastic position to be in, without having to ask FB groups “which is the best brand/trainer?” You’ll know what you need to ask, and what should be included!
Question: I already know how to apply gel really well, so why would I need to join this membership?
Answer: Great question! I was once in a salon concession in Topshop in Liverpool One doing my regular training session with the tech’s, when the manager asked me to trade test an interview’ee – just give her my opinion really… the candidate banged out a set of acrylics in under an hour and when I asked what she wants to work on to improve her skills, she claimed nothing and they were “fine”
I get that you want to be confident in an interview, however, she had come from a salon where the owner was an educator for a brand and she thought she didnt need any more tuition….big mistake! I could point out a dozen flaws in her nails, application and attitude with the customer. There’s always something we can learn from others. Perfecting that bit more. Your clients love your work, thats great! but wait until they see you next time and you apply my ‘no bulge french’ method of application! (just sayin)
